In mid-September 2024, we had the exciting opportunity to showcase our Bow Green development project at two high-profile music scholarship admissions events in Shanghai and Shenzhen. Our promotion at the Shanghai event attracted significant interest, particularly from families whose children currently attend international schools. We successfully connected with 13 potential leads, all of whom are actively planning to move to the UK for their children’s continued education. These families are already clients of our key partner, London Family Office, a trusted channel that will keep us updated on their property needs once they begin their relocation process. This direct relationship ensures that we will be among the first to know about any interest they express in purchasing homes in the UK.

Like their counterparts in Shanghai, these families are also highly likely to relocate to the UK for education, making Bow Green an appealing prospect for their future housing needs.

A standout insight from the Shenzhen event is that many of these families have children studying in Hong Kong but are eyeing the UK for higher education.
