Pre-Tenancy Fees
Administration fee £335 + VAT per tenancy this includes the following:
- Production of the AST
- Collecting references from prospective tenants for the submission of reference checks and for submission to prospective landlord.
- Verifying all safety checks in the property and ensuring that all certificates are in place pre move in.
- Arranging any quotes for or maintenance to take place pre tenancy.
- Ensuring all paperwork is collated before the commencement of tenancy.
- Arranging the deposit and registering it with TDS, DPS and issuing certificates and where necessary.
- Collecting moving in monies within scheduled timeframe.
One month’s rent upfront
Six week deposit
- Can be a larger deposit based on the nature of the let or distinguishable circumstance. Refundable at the end of the tenancy (on completion of check out and inventory passing.)

£60 inc VAT for set up with reference and history check with tenant referencing.
£60 incl. VAT for each guarantor reference Citywharf is required to collect.
End of Tenancy Fees
Renewal Fee
£150 + VAT
For extension of lease either with new AST or Rolling contract.
Change of Sharer Fee
£335+ VAT
£60 + VAT for each additional tenant
This fee is for:
- Re-drafting of the tenancy agreement
- Collecting references for new tenants for submission to your prospective landlord
- Arranging for the deposit
- Arranging for the new documentation to be signed
- Re-registering the deposit with TDS and producing a certificate of registration, where necessary.
