The company has extensive experience in sales, leasing, government and corporate management. Head of Property Management

Xin holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance and has lived in London for over 20 years. With a decade of experience as the founder of a successful catering business, Xin has also held senior and executive positions in large corporate and independent companies, and has extensive experience in property management.

 

 

Jeffrey Lee

Regional Sales Manager

Jeffrey holds a degree in Real Estate and is a skilled professional with 20 years of experience in the real estate market.
Throughout his career, he has managed all aspects of the sales transaction process from identifying properties to overseeing due diligence and negotiating transactions for various types of properties until the buyer closes the transaction.

Nicholas has extensive experience in the real estate industry and brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Lettings Manager. He excels in tenant relations, lease agreements and administration and is adept at navigating the complexities of the real estate market, as evidenced by successful tenant placements and optimized real estate portfolios.
