2. Letting your property
How much will it cost me to let my property?
This really depends on what services you need from us .We offer let only service at 8% where we do all the leg work of finding you the tenants, collecting references and deposits and we offer a Fully Managed service in which we take all of the responsibility of the day to day running of your property as if it were our own. Each involves a different levels of service and the fees we charge reflect this.
